Nabi Saleh, Executive Chairman of Gloria Jean's Coffees, has been accorded the "Retail Leadership Award" at the prestigious 'Asia Retail Congress Award 2010'. The award was presented to him by Ms.Anjali Kasliwal, Director, S Kumar Group in a glittering ceremony at Taj Land End in Mumbai. Eminent members of retail fraternity including David Roth, CEO (EMEA and Asia)-The Store(A WPP Group Company), Rajiv Agarwal, CEO and Director-The Mobile Store Limited; Brenda Sternquist, Professor International Retailing-Michigan State University etc. were present during the ceremony.
The Award is voted for by Asia Retail Congress members and recognises the performance and achievements of the individual's business, as well as their credibility, integrity and values. Mr Saleh said he felt honoured by the recognition, which he dedicated to the efforts of the whole Gloria Jean's Coffees family including the company's international regional support teams and enthusiastic Master Franchise Partners.
