I don't see there will be much effect on younger generation, they will get a bit encouraged and the true Hindu marriage system may be again revoked in India. We criticize Islam for 4 marriages but actually in Hindu system here is no upper limit!

He is not marrying before divorce or doing an hanky panky, even Prof. Amartya Sen also married 3 times but after due divorce, so Tharoor should be free to choose his life partner.

If Amitabh Bachhan who can call himself a farmer for land grab can be a role model for young generation, I think Sashi Tharoor is 100 times more qualified to be so. This is one big hypocrisy of Indian society, a corrupt person is okay but you cannot divorce your wife, then you become a fallen angel overnight.

Mr. BOMBER, Sashi Tharoor is holding a responsible public position and he can resign from the position and do even seven marriages if he likes, but this is not a great conduct in public life and so it can never leave a good impression to youth or anyone. you should try to understand the question in correct perspective before writing your answer.

Good or Bad are two brother, together are very powerful. Who come fast your mind, he becomes king. Good comes always late so, first comes bad. When, your mind can justice Which is good or bad then you can know but always bad is misunderstanding with mind so, you will think bad is good.
So, his third married effects some younger, who has bad mind and some younger has not. But, I think he is wrong or not correct man. Because, his 1st wife was not good. But, 2nd also notimpossible. His should not marry 3rd time. I dont know his 2 wife was good ,bad or he was feeling another problem. But his has children. So, they will be sad and effect their mind and when they becomes young, they hates all thing and like be his father. And after their generation like be same.I think he is not Good. WOW, this is interesting, should be a question by itself :) Shashi Tharoor is made a scapegoat and I am sure he will make a come back stronger, there are 100 times more corrupt people in Congress party and they are also uneducated, this guy knows his job at least. He should continue tweeting.
